Our founders established NSW Children Services Inc. in 2023 with one clear mission: to help children and adults access the education, nutrition, and care they need to thrive. Their vision included addressing poverty and hunger, supporting people with disabilities, respecting cultural diversity, and ensuring a clean, safe environment—free of cost for those in need. Guided by these principles, we offer a range of educational programs and innovative approaches that bring tangible, lasting benefits to individuals and families.

From the outset, a group of friends came together, inspired by Peter Senge’s philosophy that “sustainability, social equality, and the environment are now charity problems…”—challenges that cannot be solved by governments alone. As Australia’s economy opened up, these friends recognized both the growing opportunities and the increasing responsibility to give back. For the first time, many working Australians were in a position to support meaningful social change.

In building NSW Children Services Inc., we have often taken the road less traveled—whether by focusing on direct, on-the-ground assistance rather than traditional service delivery or by applying modern management principles within a charitable framework. We created a distinctive model that keeps compassion and civic-driven change at its core. Through close collaboration with volunteers, teachers, professionals, and diverse communities, we work hand in hand to improve children’s futures and make a long-lasting impact on their lives.
